Tasting Notes

Aroma: Almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity.
Palate: the wine instantly traces an astonishingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.
Combines well with
Oysters and seafood in general, except crab. It also combines well with mushrooms (preferably truffles), caviar, salmon and other fish or chicken that are cooked with butter, crème fraiche, or cream.

Alentejano correcto
2015-05-06, Goncalo Jesus
Aroma de frutos silvestres, falta algum aroma da baunilha do syrah na minha opinião. É um vinho que enche a boca, tem taninos fortes e algo vincados. O final é médio. Não engana que é alentejano...
