Tasting Notes

Color: Purple, dense, typical of a young classic Vintage.
Aroma: Elegant and fragrant, sharp nose fruity and fresh raspberry and ripe plum, a touch resin and minty.
Palate: Soft but full-bodied, a solid structure of polished tannins support ripe red fruit, mineral and fresh touch, menthol notes and dark chocolate. Powerful with very tasty end.
Combines well with
Perfect with Serra da Estrela cheese, Stilton or other blue cheeses. Desserts with candy eggs such as sponge cake.

Alentejano correcto
2015-05-06, Goncalo Jesus
Aroma de frutos silvestres, falta algum aroma da baunilha do syrah na minha opinião. É um vinho que enche a boca, tem taninos fortes e algo vincados. O final é médio. Não engana que é alentejano...
