Color: Intense and well defined ruby demonstrating the quality of selected wines.
Aroma: Intense, notes of very ripe fruit, honed by the careful aging in wood.
Taste: Full-bodied and rich, has a good balance between sweetness and tannin structure, giving you unique characteristics with very persistent, fine and attractive aftertaste.
Best served between 14ºC-16ºC.
Once opened, Ferreira Ruby should be consumed within 1 month period to maintain their freshness. No decanting is required.
Combines well with
Traditionally, Porto Ferreira Ruby is served with creamy cheeses, but also combines well with chocolate desserts and fruit pies. It is usually served at room temperature but is very nice when served slightly chilled or with ice.

Aroma de frutos silvestres, falta algum aroma da baunilha do syrah na minha opinião. É um vinho que enche a boca, tem taninos fortes e algo vincados. O final é médio. Não engana que é alentejano...
